Park, Haircut, and Logan

With the crazy weather the last few weeks, we've been trying to take advantage of the warm days when we get one!! Last Sunday we took the kids to the park and had lunch..
Alissa had lots of fun on the playground.
...and Brooks finally caught on to walking on the lumpy grass!

Another big day for Brooks was his first haircut! The poor little guy has the craziest hair!! I absolutely love it, but we decided to cut it all one length so that what little hair he did have, didn't stick out all over... Jeff had him stand in the bath tub and cut it for him.... He was such a good boy and held so still!! I think he looks even more adorable then he did to begin with... What a big boy Brooks!

This last weekend we went to Logan to watch Kimiko's track meet... we ended up staying the night and hanging out with her and her roommate Kirstin, Grandma Nancy, our cousin Tyson, and Miko's friend Steve. We had lots of fun, ate good food, and were in great company! Alissa got to stay with Auntie Miko at her house. She was so excited and talked about it all week!! I didn't have the camera at the track meet, but here are a few pics of us all hanging out...

Thanks for being such a great hostess Miko!! We had lots of fun coming to visit!!

Road Trip!

Jeff's little sister, Miko, had the WAC championships for indoor track this last weekend in Boise. We went to go watch her and stayed w/ Jeff's cousin, Ian, and his family. We had a really fun weekend and got to see lots of family and friends. Due to Brooks trying to throw my camera down a flight of bleachers, I decided not to get it out very much, so we didn't get the best pictures of the track meet, but we did get some of Ali playing w/ her little cousin Braxton. They are only two months apart and have so much fun! Honestly, it was a much needed break and just REALLY nice to get out of town! So here's ANOTHER slide show... but there were so many pictures that I couldn't choose just a few!
