"Friday Night Lights"

This last weekend we headed up to Logan with some friends and family for the BYU and Utah State football game. It hadn't been such a fun week for us so it was good to get away for the night. And, because I have the greatest little sister-in-law in the whole world, we had an awesome night! Miko got us all t-shirts to wear and got Alissa some cute little bows and Brooks a football. She took care of Alissa the whole night and got us tickets to the game!. Thanks for being so awesome Miko! We love you! Here are some pictures of our night...

Go Aggies (and go Miko!!)

Last weekend we went to Utah State to watch Jeff's sister, Kimiko, run at an indoor track meet. Jeff's brother and his family and his mom and step-dad met us there. It was fun to be there to support Miko and see the family. Brooks was excited to see Grandma and Grandpa!! Alissa thinks that her Auntie Miko is just about the coolest person in the whole world, so to be there and watch her do well meant a whole lot to Ali. Kimiko only ran the 60 at this meet and she placed 3rd overall, which is pretty awesome considering she had to red shirt due to an injury last year. We are so proud of Miko and so glad that she lives close to us so that we can come and visit her and support her!! Miko... you rock! We love you!
