Happy Halloween!!!

We went down to the trunk or treat at the church. The kids had lots of fun and got to play with their cousins and friends. There were so many cute pictures of them I couldn't narrow it down, so here's another slide show! Hope that everyone had a really fun Halloween :)

Here are some pictures of our annual Halloween party on Wed. night. We made carmel apples and chili and carved pumpkins. Grandma Nancy made us some awesome cinnamon rolls, too! After we got done carving pumpkins we all sat down and watched Charlie Brown and the Great Pumpkin... the kids loved it!

Happy Birthday Ali!!

It seems like I just barely wrote a post about her last birthday, and now here she is, another year older! I think I say this almost every post, but I honestly have no idea where the time goes!! Alissa had a really fun birthday this year. Steph made her an Ariel cake that she loved and she had her family over to celebrate and have dinner!! Thanks to everyone that remembered her and made her day so memorable! Here are some pictures of our day with Ali...

Alissa was so excited for her birthday this year. She had a princess party with her friends the day before.. here are a few pictures- they all looked adorable!

I have had a cold for the last two weeks, coughing at night, stuffy nose- can't breathe, can't sleep... so instead, I get to sit up at night and watch these two kids!! Seriously, could they be any cuter?! I love watching my kids sleep- they are so peaceful and so cute!! Makes me wish that they would stay this way forever!

Updates!!!

It's been FOREVER since I've blogged.... we've had a really eventful last few months.... our house finally sold and we are getting settled here... I will have more posts to come soon with pictures of the kiddos!! Hope that everyone is doing well and having a fun summer! :)

A Month to Remember!

This month has flown by. I feel like it's been an emotional roller coaster and I'm trying not to fall off!! It started out with Jeff quiting his job to focus on selling the house so he could get up to his new job in Oregon. We've been so stressed out trying to keep the house spotless and trying to sell it on our own in this crazy market! Timing is definitely everything. I'm think our timing is about a year too late! :) We worked really hard on making ads and a blog for our house. I never realized how frustrating it would be to sell a house!! Seriously, if you know anyone looking, send them our way!!

Jeff took me out and we celebrated my 29th Birthday!! Holy cow I'm old!! I had lunch with two of my very best friends, went to a movie and dinner with Jeff, and then came home to celebrate with the kids and eat cheesecake! It was sad to think it would be my last birthday in this house. Thanks to everyone who made my birthday so great!! It's always nice to be remembered! I'm seriously so lucky to have such awesome family & friends! :)

Jeff had to go start his job in Oregon this last week so I'm playing realtor, single mom, and housekeeper; and trying to stay afloat!! If any of you are down this way (or up) I could definitely use the company! Thanks to all of you who have fed me, hung out with me or even just called to check in!! You guys are the best!!

For Sale!!

For the last 6 years Jeff and I have talked about moving to Oregon. Jeff loved growing up there and we visit often. We have been looking for better job opportunities for Jeff over the last 6 months and out of the blue an opportunity came up in his home town of Vale, Oregon. It's all happening so fast and seems a bit surreal, but I guess we are moving pending the sale of our house!! I'm excited to experience life outside of Utah, but super sad to leave our close friends we have here. I never imagined how stressful it would be to try and sell a house, especially in this market!! So if any of you know anyone looking for a home in East Lehi, send em on over! ;) Linds.. you have any pointers on small town living?? ;) We'll be joining the ranks! haha

Itty Bitty Basketball

Alissa had her last day of Itty Bitty Basketball on Friday! She had a lot of fun being on the same team as her friend Chiara. I'm not sure that she really learned a whole lot while she was there, but she loved it and sure looked cute trying!! Here are a few pics...

Happy Birthday, Brooks!!

Brooks turned 2!! I say this all the time, but it really is crazy how fast time flies!! Seems like you wake up one morning and your baby isn't a baby anymore.. he's a little boy!!! He had such a fun birthday. We celebrated his birthday on Saturday with Jeff's family and then again at home. He had so much fun and was so excited for the presents and cake. Thanks so much to our family and friends that remembered Brooks and made his day extra special!!

Tis the season!

So, since I was a pretty big slacker and never sent out my cards... Merry Christmas and Happy New Year (a little late!) ;) Hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas season. We had fun getting together with lots of friends and family. We spent most of Christmas and New Years out of town with family, some that we hadn't seen in years. It was definitely a memorable holiday! Thanks to everyone who sent us cards and gifts to make our Christmas just that much better. My camera died for New Years... but here is a glimpse of the rest of our holiday!
